if we have time shot lanes you will certainly be allowed to run. if you plan to compete in a class you will need a passenger seat. if that is your decision i consider it unfortunate. you are a good bracket racer and have a cool car. it would be nice to see you run, but that is entirely up to you.
rules have been set for a while and are based around "street" vehicles. the seat rule has been in place from the begining and will stand.
