The key thing is PROOF. the burden of proof is on the state/town, etc. if they have no proof, they can't convict you.

this is what we are all led to believe, but traffic court is different in practice. like i said, if it's his word against the cop's, he will lose. no ifs, ands or buts. the only PROOF the judge needs is that the cop says he saw you doing burnouts.
Guilty, $200 fines, $50 court costs, pay the clerk. next case.
