It comes down to the specific wording of the charges. I was the jury foreman 2 years ago and it really makes a big difference on the exact wording of things. They probably rushed the case to trial and didn't get the best charges which ended up being too hard to prove. He's guilty of something with children and parents better figure that out. I just couldn't believe the live verdict was on every channel yesterday afternoon. Good thing there's nothing going on in the rest of the world so we can sit back and watch MJ supporters waving signs and flags.
At least this crap won't be on the news every single day anymore.
