to my way of thinking this is just another wasteful lawsuit anyway. it would be nice to see all the ambulance chasing and nit picking lawyers lined up and shot and leave the legal system to people who actually care about law and justice.

I dunno, it may be a wasteful lawsuit, but I'm not sure which way it will or even should go.
