The reason you were told to do that is so you could see the error. Yes you still have to restart, but at least once you restart you can begin to troubleshoot knowing what is causing the error (or will find out on restart).

After copying the error, restart and go into BIOS and look for your CPU temps. SInce you say it mostly occurs during gaming, I"m going with overheating, although a bad power supply might cause similar problems.

I'm sure when Justin comes to read this he can correct me if I"m wrong.
