Ok, he looked into it and apparently its still titled to the owner. He's been doing time of 5 years so far in the county jail, and they are keeping it until he gets out. Theres a nice chevy P/U with a 350 next to it, and one of our drivers (me, NOOOOOOT like im saying anything HAHAHA) backed a garbage truck into it. Thats how I found out about the jail thing, because its gonna be picked up when he gets out.
If I was in jail, and I got out and found my nice Chevy P/U with a crunched front end, I'd be PISSED LOL
