Ugh....Nigerians are the worst with money scams. Period.

I work in customer service for the TOEFL exam (Test of English as a Foreign Language, for those that don't know), and we get scammed so much that we no longer accept credit card payments from Nigerians. If you want to test in Nigeria, or you live in Nigeria and want to test somewhere else, you must pay with a check or money order. No credit card payments period. Anyone in my office is literally shocked when we find a Nigerian credit card payment that has gone through successfully, and hasn't been charged back yet.

It's insane.....
