car thieves are not your ordinary variety of thief. the successful ones have tricks, electronics and ways to subvert your security system in a matter of seconds. i've always said if they want my car badly enough they will get it, no doubt about it. about the only thing that would help is a lojack/GPS and then only if it is hidden really well (so they can't find it when they stop up the road to look for it).

sounds like it might almost make it worth it to hire a security guard to travel with you if you've got cars that are worth something on the retail market (either whole or in parts). what's a coupla dollars versus the sinking feeling you get when you walk out of your room in the morning only to find empty parking space(s) where the car(s) used to be.

what's this b5 s4? some kind of exotic audi?
