im sorry if i came off harsh Joe but i see something new posted about this almost daily on almost every forum I visit...it just gets old...fine everyone slow down but geez somebody is going overboard in getting this point across.
It's all good man. I try not to post stuff that people won't find humorous or interesting.... I only check a few forums, and this is the only NJ one.

The whole controversy about NJ State Police and quotas and ticketing, the whole thing interests me. Half the people say it's bogus, the other half say it's not... no one knows who to believe... and I just think this newspaper article confirms some stuff that ticketing was going quite rampant these past few months.
all the cops & ex cops say its bogus...everyone else says its not lol thats how **** goes.
Cops can say what they want. There may not be a "You must give xxx amount of tickets per month" rule, however, if someone only gives 5, when someone else gives 300...something is fishy there. Come yearly review time, my guess is they look at that kind of stuff to determine raises and promotions. It may not be explicit, but it's known there is a level of productivity you should be achieving if you don't want trouble.
