If anybody remembers the story I was talking about, that a driver I work with was intoxicated right when he started driving the CDL garbage truck... He lost his battle with life this morning. He was still a great guy off the job. I knew him and his son for 13 years. He had alot of problems with life... with his wife cheating on him in front of him. She would steal his money behind his back, and would only limit him to living on the front porch of his own house.
I pulled into the place we gather before working this morning, and saw his wifes van parked there. So I got out of the car and not even a second later, I was told he passed away. It hit me like a ton of bricks. He is survived by his daughter (19), his first born son (21), his youngest child/son (12), and his newborn grandchild. One of the last things he said when he was in ICU was "Can I see Matthew? (his grandson)". He suffered from liver failure, pancreas failure, and kidney failure. God bless him
