That's pretty insane. My personal best is 16k on an unrestricted 600cc Honda F4i. We opened the dyno door... it was insane. That was on a motored dyno where the dyno was holding the RPM so I could motor the engine to whatever speed I wanted. We could have gone to 20k but I have a feeling the rods would have been sticking out of the block.... and yes I had that happen to me and it wasn't as much fun.
