LCA's as in rear LCA's? If so, it's only 4 bolts for all 2 arms. 2 on either end... not hard at all. The only trick is to do ONE at a time. Don't remove both arms, remove one, install new, go to next side, same thing. Have the rear of the car supported by something other than the rear itself. A good place is right infront of the the LCA where it bolts to the body.
A shop could do it for you in about 10 minutes if they're lazy.
