Remember what Carroll Shelby said when asked to make a "Shelby" version of the Mustang, "But it's a SECRETARY'S car?!?". He saw the small and light Mustang the same way we see the Neon and many "tuners".
Not that the Neon isn't a piece of fecal matter, but we should put things into perspective.
