If you havent driven it in a few weeks it probably isnt the HVAC. That usually only collects moisture when the AC is on. It might be the cowl drain though. Try pouring water down the windshield and check inside the car to see if thats where its coming from.

The T-Top drain passages might be clogged with crap, so those might not be draining properly. Again, hose it and check. Good luck with it man, any more questions or revalations, let us know.
