Be careful how much you complain about them. If they find out you're modifying a car like that, they could cause you some headaches if they wanted to. Make sure you're running all the emissions stuff and O2's in case you "suddenly" get pulled over. I wouldn't say anything about the headers but mention it ruined your cats and muffler to see if you can get that stuff replaced.
