Eh, my dad would encourage me to do 95% of it in our driveway... tools we all can provide, same with space, and a lot of the people here know what theyre doing making time less of an issue than it would be at a shop, where your car is after cars a, b, and c, and then they close at whatever time (granted TTP is very good with staying open late is necessary).
You said that before suspension parts and labor came to 1100m, and you owe your parents 2k on the car... I would probably rather have the car paid off and not worry about debts than have my parents still having contrl over it (you still need to be home by 12 pm?)
Also I think you know a bunch of us on more than "internet buddy" terms
