check the maf sensor with a voltage meeter, and see whats going on with it first, see what its reading at idle, and with an open throttle, probe it from behind with pins while leaving it plugged in, see whats up with that first. dont just go replacing something unless you know somethings wrong with it. also, make sure the timing is set properly. is the car running poorly? we need some more info on this
as for the water, dont mind it, its a by-product of combustion, especially when the weather is cooler. and its perfectly normal.
