trooper cards usually only work when pulled over by a trooper, same goes for a local cop's card in the event of getting pulled over by a local cop. My good friend chris is a cop in jersey city and they always crack on the troopers. maybe things are different down where you are Â*  |
i dont have to worry about cops when im home so i dont need one ...i have to actually be on the lookout everywhere else though
