I waz weeding thru some posts and saw some things that I don't understand. So I figgered a new post would get me answers and be easier on my old eyes. So, here are my questions:

1. What is a "Dragonball Z haircut?"

2. These Italians w/ the Dragonball Z haircuts, where do they come from?

3. What is the purpose of these Italians w/ the Dragonball Z haircuts?

4. Are these Italians w/ the Dragonball Z haircuts a more modern rendition of the classic Italian "Guido" of the 80s and 90s, or a totally different animal?
