I've done gears before and nothing ever let loose on me. the measurements aren't difficult, its setting the pinion depth that can be a pain in the ass. If you go too deep, you have to start over again and get a new crush collar. and you have to check the wear pattern., and the backlash. other than that, its not too hard. I'd do it for you if I was unemployed, but my job takes up most of my daylight hours
. Plus I have a side project right now that has to get done. 8)
you might as well take it to TTP. I still have yet to hear anything bad about them. Except for when they had Alex waiting over a month for his car, but thats cause its an LT1 and they hate them there
