i am still waiting to see what volkswagoin does with their hybrid turbo-diesel program. supposed to be online to create a 110ish mpg vehicle with extremely low emissions.
someday i woudl like to see someone apply all this technology to racing. panoz once took a hybrid ford to lemans and actually did well for many hours before some major mechanical gremlins got to them.
imagine the possibilities, a Z06 that kicks in an extra 200-250 ft/lbs when you go to WOT and gets better mileage than a base vette
