zactly. i would differ only in the type of camaro/firebird for each gen. basically, if there was a serious road race car from the factory, or other such "speciality" like a pace car or WS6 then i would stick with formula firebirds and SS camaros. i think there is even a WS6 formula firebird available somewhere along the lineage in the third generation...
i'd have a hard time giving up my current cars, as well. i'd have to finish both of them, for starters, and then have a really good reason to let them go; as in, i sell my first gen and with the proceeds find a barn car RS/SS for the same money (or less!) or a Z28 with a DZ302 or a COPO 9560 (ally 427).
