for teh sake of keeping it simple and doing everythign right the first time i woudl say drop teh auto back in it for now.
take teh 5spd set up and beef it up a bit, upgrade clutch/flywhel/rebuild. then install it as a complete system.
that way you know that everything is teh way you need it to use the car the you want. it will be a little more money than jsut dropping it in, but it will pay off when you don't ahve to pull it in a few months cause you put huge boost/shot on it and fraggeed a stock trans
