What code are you getting? I just went through some troubleshooting on my 96 and the P0300 misfire code was pretty misleading considering the real problem turned out to be loose EVAP purge lines and charcoal canister falling apart inside. damn 8 hours! that sucks! mine took me and kasey (and his dad at times) about 2 hours or so, the boots were the only real pain to get off everything else was easy... and the code i was getting was the misfire code (pretty sure its P0300) im gonna go to KFC after i get done this work i have to do for class and record the code then come back here and figure out what it is, ill let you know...
