along these lines, i was wondering if powder coating or a coat of POR-15 would be a better deal for my headers on the '69?
they had an inferior job done to them previously and it's starting to flake and rust pretty well. i'd need to get it done over the winter so i have no down time next season, unlike this year
they'd definitely need to be media blasted to get the old material off. perhaps even dipped? i don't know what would be better in this situation.
