I don't know what it is, but something about drifting just seems so stupid to me. I know it takes skill and a well set up car, but the idea of trying to not get traction on purpose is dumb. It's like racing without being the fastest. Kind of reminds me of synchronized swimming.
Next thing you know, they'll be doing drifting drag races where the object is to keep your wheels spinning the whole quarter mile.
