i think sony would be pretty stupid to not make PS3 backwards compatible. i didnt know 360 was released already, thought it was gonna be released later. from what ive heard PS3 is gonna kick the crap outta 360 graphics wise, i think it has somewheres around 8 or 9 GPUs (Graphics Processing Units), like everyone else said i'll prolly wait awhile till i get an new system, i finally just bought a PS2 in september!
and also waiting for 11 hours is insane....
