As far working at the docks, their are 4 woman I work/worked with at FedEx. One quit, another splits boxes as they come by on the conveyer (easy) and 2 other unload, which can be hard, but you see them taking a lot of breaks. Thing is though that they get the easy jobs when they apply and get accepted to work. If one is unloading trailers and tyhey need someone to go split the boxes between trailer 10 and 11, they will go ask a woman before they'd ask me. I load, which is the most pain in the ass job there. and that's not just my opinion, even people who don't load say it.
