Best loophole is getting a lawyer that's local to whatever town the ticket is for, believe me. The system is nice and corrupt, you can take advantage of it, I've had lawyers that just walked up to the prosecuter, basicall said "hey buddy how ya doin," and got everything reduced or nicely dropped.
