I dont understand the purpose of buying a brand new car to race ONLY.
Again, they do make a stripper Solstice for 20k with roll up windows and manual locks. If you are gunna make it a race car only, your best bet would be to get that, and to add an aftermarket turbo kit that Im sure will quickly follow for the 2.4 Ecotec. IMO, thats is your best bet.
