For me if it's Slayer, old Metallica (Kill-Justice), Pantera...Anything along those lines kicks ass. I like any good thrash...I like alot of death metal as far as the music goes, but many times I just can't stand that vocal style, (not into the cookie monster thing, lol). The current favorite right now though, is Lamb of God's "Ashes of the Wake"....It's been a favorite for a while now but that could change soon when Slayer's new cd comes out
