a few times(5-6) ive been at the montvale rest stop with no problems, the only time i didnt end up going my friends were saying i was bitching out and should just come, ironically, that was the night when they were giving everyone tickets, so i was glad i didnt go. If the kids behaved and just hung out the cops dont really mind, but once racing starts getting setup up where 3 cars deep will stop on the parkway, then the cops have to take action.
