the 255lph fuel pump is one of the pieces of a good foundation when building a strong car. if you plan on seriously bumping hp then you will need it so you might as well get it now so youll already have it when your car really needs it. you can either take down the axle and remove the tank, laborous really, or you can do what I did and cut a square hole in the top over the tank with a dremel. its not dangerous and does not ruin the car and allows you to have the job done in 1 hour. if you want I can get you a link to precise pics on where and how to cut. let me know.
