i can't do a track rental during the week because of work.
i will be happy to meet up with you on an open test and tune or street day at one of the tracks around the area though.
i know people who have stopped with stock 4wheel manual drums from well over 130 before. especially with those huge tires out back the car will do a lot of slowing down on it's own. so i still don't see how you think that is a legit excuse.
