Yeah like I said I believe it does because I had to rotate the crank a little to get the fuel pump to install correctly. I really think it's a bad pump. After I recheck my plumbing tonight I'm going to try the old pump just to see if it pumps or not. It'll take all of 15 minutes to swap out and plumb the inlet side from the tank.
