O yea, forgot to mention, it was a 2003ish VW Jetta w/a Turbo (i dont know VW motors), exhaust, and CAI from what I heard.
I was meeting up with someone just south of Hillsborough. Its amazing how many cops Ive saw pulling ppl over just in Hillsborough alone!!
