If you've got a full-bolt-on L98 running mid 14's, it's only running on 6 cylinders. I've run a 15.0 @ 90mph on a wheel-spinning 2.6 second 60' with my cammed TPI 305 (aka LB9). A cammed 350 TPI (L98 ) car should have no trouble knocking off mid-low 13s, and still be completely driveable and emissions-legal. Add in some good heads, a better flowing intake (like a Stealthram) and you'll be cooking!
