I have new stock heads, flowtech shorty headers, hi-flo cat, magnaflow cat-back, TB coolant bypass (probably not much of a difference), a.i.r. tube delete (again, probably no real gain..it was more of a convenience thing), smog pump delete (better throttle response), MSD blaster coil, MSD 8mm wires. Thats pretty much it as far as power mods. I made 210 rwhp and 300 rwtq. Those flowtechs are ****** and I'm willing to bet that they held back some hp, not only because of their design and size, but because I had/have leaks. For a DD, I'd go with hooker super comp shorties..as for me, I'm going with super comp LT's as soon as I get some cash. I didn't run the 1/4 yet, but I have a few mods that will help out my time when I do run... I put in a 3.42 posi rear to replace my old 2.77's and I also have SFC's, LCA's and LCA relocation brackets that I still need to install. My friend Steve has an 89 GTA with the 350 TPI. He has edelbrock TES shorty headers, flowmaster cat-back, hypertech chip, MSD ignition box, boxed LCA's, 3.27 posi rear, and roller rockers. He ran a best of 13.7 in the 1/4
