Cammed is not bolt on....and for the kind of money re-doing a tired 350 and then getting a stealth ram, etc, etc it is cheaper to get a crate engine. If you get a low mileage L98 and are happy with just the cam swap then you are golden. If you are planning on rebuilding it or buying heads etc etc get a crate engine.
**BTW GM HO 350, 330HP, 350Ft LBS, $2,800, only downside it has vortec heads**
