Does the car need new brakes? If not I would leave them for now, if so then they should be #1 on the list. The hawk pads are nice, I am running them on my 02 but I have baer rotors. I think I would do a catback, I am partial to Magnaflow and leave the headers until you plan on getting tuned or do some more earth shattering work then bolt ons. Alot of the longtubes cause a loss in low end torque, although QTP's are probaly one of the 2 best on the market (Kooks is nice also). When I put my longtubes on my car before the cam went in my 1/4 mile time went up .3 from 12.4 to 12.7 but the MPH got alot better from 110 to about 112.5. So it was making alot more at the top end but the off the line power wasn't as good. Save the LT's for after you swap converters, make good use of them. If it were me I would do the cat back and then work on the chassis. Put in SFC's if you don't have them, maybe a D/S loop, get some good LCA's and panhard bar (I recommend UMI, they are beefy as hell!) and save changing brakes for when the stockers wear out or your rotors warp (typical on a GM car). Also talk to Foff667 about some tuning....you'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes!
