so i get a call from my buddy at 130am this morning sayin that he dropped off his GF's 00 Mustang vert at my mechaincs place to get an oil change today, he left the keys with the pump attendent and went out and on there way home the car was gone. they called me and the PD and they took there report. we noticed that the keys werent on the counter in the office where they had been left, so we assumed that while the pump guy was helpin a customer that someone snuck inside and took the keys and then stole the car between 10pm and 1am. everybody goes home and arounf 3am the GF's parents get a call saying the car is BACK at the shop and the gas attendent is inside, she goes and picks up the car and the attendent tells them his car was broken, that he works 60 hours a week and he wanted to go get something to eat, meanwhile there were 50 more miles on the car and a 1/4 tank of gas missing and he crashed into the snow bank while parking and when it got backed down tore the front bumper off and sratched it up. local PD will be arresting him later today and the damage will be taken care of

watta night, atleast it wasnt my car!
