Most of the Toyota SR5 seats are very comfortable with side bolstering adjustments and lumbar support. My 88 4Runner is really way ahead of it's time with that regard. But adapting them to fit in a first gen will take some custom brackets for sure. The 6 way power driver's seat in my 96 SS is also very comfortable with lots of support and adjustment. If you look at YearONE, they have first gen style seat covers to fit the 4th gen seats(houndstooth looks great) and that's probably what I would go with.
