My dad works at Steve's dad's shop a lot (1rawTA) through Geico, I believe his shop is a direct repair facility. Insurance companies have no effect on the work done to your car, only what money they give you, which is the same with all companies. I hear stories all the time; my dad is an adjuster and if he can see the damage is related, he writes for it, if its not related..(dent in the hood after a rearend collision) then obviously it's unrelated damage and he won't write for it. He gets **** like that all the time, people saying after their quarter panel got hit, their trans doesn't work etc
