Sorry guys, but that's not right. Chotchkie's was the name of the restaurant that Jennifer Aniston's character Joanna worked in, so she wouldn't have said the name of her own restaurant.
The actual line was: Joanna: "When you say, next door, do you mean, uh, Chili's or-or Flinger's?"
