the answer is the plane WILL take off.
think about this: A toy car on a treadmill. the treadmill starts up and goes as fast as it can, however you are holding the car in one position. the slightest push forward from you will make the car roll forward. Why? The treadmill is not counteracting the thrust. now if it were the same scenario, but someone was holding your arm back just as hard as you were pushing it forward, then the car wouldnt move.
In order for the plane to stay stationary, there needs to be a force opposing the body of the plane, not the wheels.
cliff notes: the wheels dont push the plane, therefore they dont matter. the jet out back does push the plane and operates unopposed. the plane moves forward, air moves over and under the wings and the plane takes off.
