Nah, I wouldnt be a new driver
Its gonna take a long while to get a freaking 20 grand car (24k miles) then pay 5 grand for heads/cam and all the works
plus when I get my permit in a year in a half Ill be driving everywhere so really, I will experienced(wow that sounds gay)
