ill have to check and see if i would be able to reach it on my car, cuz id wrather spend $35 as opposed to $150

i was just lookin at cutouts on jegs and saw this one: http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...1529&langId=-1

do you guys think it would be worthwhile or crappy? i would think that it might have issues with sealing, j/w what u guys think about it....
