yes for parking in handicapped spots or in the accessability lines...this lady goes all over glassboro loitering and waiting and looking for people to bust....apparently she gets some sort of commision off the tickets....she will stand in front of your car preventing you from leaving and take pics of the plates....front and back of the car. She does this cuz her son adn daughter are both handicapped......Rowan filed a case against her for loitering on campus and harrassing students. She is now banned from campus for hitting a student...the court was in Glassboro at the municiple. The NFL players got ticketed at the Landmark at the end of November. Just saw the news i was on it
