LQ4 = 6.0L iron block(basically a LS1 but with a 4" bore, and basically a iron LS2)
LQ9 = 6.0L iron block with better heads than the LQ4

so, bore a 6.0L .030 over and add a stroker crank to get to 408 and then add a ATI supercharger setup.
