this customer has told me the hatch motor I sold him dosent work it goes on a 1985 through 1992 hatch,anyways he told me it worked twice then didnt work,the product was sold as is..but i still offered a full refund if he returned it.. well that was 2 weeks ago...he dosent return my emails either I sent him three askin if he sent it,and never responds back.... Im wondering if he lied, how can I get ebay involved, or do you guys have any suggestion on how I should handle this.....
